I am a PhD student at the Institut of Computer Graphics at Johannes Kepler University Linz, where I work as a research associate under the advisement of Marc Streit. My current research is at the intersection of interactive visualization and visual analytics. I finished my Master's Degree at the University of Upper Austria, Campus Hagenberg in Human-Centered Computing. Since 2018, I have been teaching "Reporting Design" at the Institute of Accounting, Controlling, and Financial Management at the University of Upper Austria, Campus Steyr. Furthermore, I hold workshops in the field of state-of-the-art reporting at the Controller Institut GmbH. Prior to studying computer science, I was a music performer for 11 years. I started singing, dancing, and acting at 10 and still practice playing the piano as a creative outlet.
The main opjective of this course is to convey the basics of a perception-optimized reporting system. What is the state-of-the art of reporting tools? How do I best customize reports to my audience? Contents and messages are transformed into meaningful reports.
In my PhD, I work on provenance data from interaction logs using dimensionality-reduction techniques onboarding of visualization types and dashboards consisting of multiple visualizations as well as the perceived cognitive demand while interacting with visualizations.

Working on the designs of dashboards with Microsoft Excel, business intelligence tools
as well as interactive visualizations itself.
Working in an outrageous team for the FFG project "User-Centered Interactive Visualization of Big Data” (Nr. 856316), which focusses on visualization of “big data” for performance of complex cognitive tasks in daily business activities, provides me numerous insights in human-computer-interaction, cognition, cross-device-collaboration as well as information visualization and acquisition of business partners.

I was responsible for the construction of an aerosol measurement setup with regard to testing particle flows in a rapid prototyped human nose model.
Singing, dancing and acting in combination while representing the tale of woe from Jesus, empowers tremendously.
First time getting in touch with radiological, imaging techniques and their application areas like CT, MRI and nuclear medicine. Furthermore, I had the opportunity in supporting in service and maintenance work.
Expanding my knowledge in interactive visualizations, by putting focus on the capture of a users' intent in provenance graphs, uncertainties, and introduction of new visualization types.
